目的：探讨老年胆囊炎胆石症患者的临床护理方法及效果。方法：回顾性分析我院2012年1月至2012年12月间入院治疗的158例患者临床资料，总结相关的护理措施。结果：通过及时、正确相关护理干预，可以有效的对患者病情进行控制。对老年胆囊炎胆石症患者的护理，可以有效的促进其身体康复。
Objective:To investigate the clinical nursing method and effect of elderly patients with cholecystitis and cholelithiasis. Methods:Retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2012 January to 2012 December were treated 158 patients clinical data, summarize the related nursing measures. Results:through timely, correct nursing intervention, can effectively control the disease. Conclusion:nursing for elderly patients with cholelithiasis and cholecystitis, can effectively promote the physical rehabilitation.
