Objective:This study aims to find out the cause of fal in department of Orthopedics by means of reviewing previous data and propose feasible measures for practic.Method:We executed pooled analysis of the total of 144 cases col ected from hospital. Then try to formulate solutions according to specific issues. Results:Primary disease, age, ward environment, administration of the department are influencing factors on fal .Conclusion:Implementing secure care and risk prevention can reduce the incidence of fal of inpatients significantly.
