objective:to explore the focus type and application effect of psychological nursing in patients with heart failure. Methods to analyze our heart patients with clinical data of 60 patients with heart failure, on the basis of whether it can be divided into psychological nursing focus psychological nursing group 30 cases and normal nursing group 30 cases. Normal nursing group: conventional nursing measures for heart failure patients. Focus type psychological nursing group: on the basis of conventional nursing measures for psychological nursing. Results focus type psychological nursing group after nursing depression and anxiety scores were significantly superior to the ordinary nursing group, P < 0.05, differences were statistical y significant. Conclusion focus type psychological nursing in patients with heart failure after application, can significantly improve patients' bad psychological emotions, improve the clinical therapeutic effect, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
