Purpose:To explore the effects of implementation of team spirit in wards on nursing quality and patient satisfaction.Method:By methods of establishing a group goal, a system of team building, strengthening the communication between its members, building a team incentive mechanism, constructing the learning-type team, we aim to improve the nursing quality and patient satisfaction. Indicators of nursing quality are examined, scored and analyzed statistical y before and after each month. Result:After the implementation of the construction f team spirit activities, patient satisfaction has improved. Except the first aid equipment management as wel as disinfection and isolation, other indicators of nursing quality are obviously higher, meanwhile the difference is statistical y significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The enforcement of the construction f team spirit activity can effectively improve patient satisfaction and nursing quality.
