objective: to avoid ultrasound guided puncture frame of minimal y invasive percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser lithotripsy on the treatment the clinical curative effect of patients with urinary stones were analyzed. Methods: randomly selected data from March 2012 to March 2013 hospital make a diagnosis and give treatment of 33 patients with urinary stones on, as the research object, to be free of ultrasound guided puncture frame of minimal y invasive percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser lithotripsy treatment, and analyze the treatment methods and curative effect. Results: on the 33 cases of urinary stones were treated by ultrasound guided puncture frame free of minimal y invasive percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser lithotripsy for treatment, according to the results of the first phase of 29 cases of surgical success, success of qing dynasty stone at a rate of 87.88%, 4 cases (12.12%) of the line phase i MPCNL. The average operation time was (83.34 + 9.65) min. The average blood loss for mL (49.23-5.43). Conclusion: ultrasound guided puncture frame of minimal y invasive percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser lithotripsy on the treatment of urinary stones less bleeding, smal trauma, high clear stone rate and fewer complications, its curative effect is significant, is worth in clinical promotion and use.
