Objective:Discuss security hidden danger existing in elderly hospitalized patients with oral drugs and safety management measures, the occurrence of oral medications to prevent accidental, to ensure the safety of patients with oral drugs. Methods:Through interview and questionnaire, the method of combining questionnaire survey to 160 cases of hospitalized elderly patients in our hospital were analyzed. Results Research:shows that the hospitalized elderly patients medication type 3 kinds of above 93%, 65% of the hospitalized elderly patients had oral medication safety hidden trouble. Medical staff own quality through ascension and the drug safety consciousness, adhere to the medication for patients to the mouth, oral drugs process each link monitoring, the unsafe factors in the bud. Conclusion:Strengthening the safety management in elderly hospitalized patients with oral drugs, is to ensure safe drug use in elderly patients, to prevent medical disputes, the effective measures to achieve the best treatment state.
