目的：分析研究胺碘酮治疗老年性室性心律失常患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法：回顾性分析2012年1月至2013年1月期间在我院治疗的96例老年性室性心律失常患者的临床资料。将96例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例，治疗组给予胺碘酮治疗，对照组给予普罗帕酮治疗，治疗2个月后观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：治疗组总有效率为95.83%，对照组总有效率为81.25%，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗期间两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论：胺碘酮治疗老年性室性心律失常疗效显著，安全性好，值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of amiodarone in treating elderly patients with ventricular arrhythmia.METHODS: A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 96 patients with ventricular arrhythmia who were admit ed in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013, and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group contained 48 cases.The treatment group were treated with amiodarone, the control group were treated with propafenone.The curative effects were compared between the two groups after 2-months treatment.RESULTS: After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.83%, the total effective rate in the control group was 81.25%,it significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). And without severe untoward reaction occurred.CONCLUSION:Amiodarone was proved to be a safe and effective therapy for elderly patients with ventricular arrhythmia and worthy of clinical use.
