Comparison of Pituitrin and Oxytocin for Hemostasis during Resection of Hysteromyoma

目的：探讨子宫肌瘤剥除术应用垂体后叶素及缩宫素止血的效果。方法：2010年2月至2012年8月在我院妇科住院的子宫肌瘤患者80例，43例为治疗组（垂体后叶素组），切开子宫浆膜层前于肌瘤周围宫体局部注射垂体后叶素12 U +0.9%氯化钠5ml，37例为对照组（缩宫素组），宫体局部注射缩宫素20 U +0.9%氯化钠5ml，比较2组手术时间、术中出血量。结果：2组手术均顺利完成。垂体后叶素组与缩宫素组相比，手术时间明显减少[(45.4±25.7) min v s.(60.6±24.6) min, t =-3.467，P =0.000],术中出血量明显减少[(58.8±31.3)m l vs (118.5±36.2) m ,l t =-4.155， P =0.000]。结论：子宫肌瘤剥除术中使用垂体后叶素止血效果优于缩宫素，可明显减少术中出血，缩短手术时间，值得推广应用。
Objective:To compare the hemostasis effect of pituitrin and oxytocin in surgery for hysteromyoma. Methods:Clinical data of 80 cases with hysteromyoma who underwent resection from February 2010 to August 2012, were enrol ed into this study ( 43 cases in pituitrin group, 37 cases in oxytocin group). Before open incision, the cases in pituitrin group were injected with pituitrin 12 IU + normal saline 5 ml and oxytocin group recieved 20IU oxytocin+ normal saline 5 ml. The operation time, blood loss during the operation were analyzed. Results:Al the operations were successful y completed.The operation time of the pituitrin group were sign ificantly shorter than that in the oxytoc in group [ (45.4±25.7) minvs. (60.6±24.6) min, t =-3.467,P = 0. 0 00]. The blood loss of the pituitr in group were significantly less than that of oxytocin group [ (58.8±31.3)m l vs (118.5±36.2) m ,l t =-4.155, P = 0. 0 00 ]. Conclusions:The effect of hemostasis with pituitrin in hysteromyoma is bet er than oxytocin. Injection of pituitrin can decrease blood loss and shorten operation time.
