The Research and application of the medical record information technology by the case of establishing the database of breast carcinoma and precancerous lesions
Objectave:Study the application of medical record information, to improve the application value of clinical medical treatment, teaching and scientific research. Methods:Establish archives of breast carcinoma and precancerous lesions. The research through this case to improve the application value of hospital information system for a disease of the medical records, the patient's visit, fol ow-up, the application of medical teaching and research.The traditional paper data method to establish a disease archives management method was compared. Results:Through HIS, RIS and PACS system, can effectively establish a database for breast cancer and precursor lesions, establish the patient clinical medical records, convenient patient visit, fol ow-up and statistical analysis, bet er application in the medical teaching and scientific research, development and application of medical record information. Conclusion Based on HIS, RIS and PACS system, to establish medical record information network, improve the application of the clinical medical treatment, teaching and scientific research.
