Objective:To investigate the quality of nursing care during the same period without changing position bilateral thoracoscopic resection operation effect in patients with pulmonary bul a. Methods:retrospectively analyzed the implementation of routine nursing of 20 cases of patients and the use of high quality nursing data of 20 patients, routine nursing care as the control group,the implementation of high quality nursing observation group. Compared two groups of patients satisfaction, extubation time, hospitalization time and cost,atelectasis and pulmonary infection rate. Results:Patients with extubation time,hospitalization time and cost, atelectasis and pulmonary infection rate was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistical y significant (p<0.05). The observation group satisfaction rate was 90%, control group satisfaction rate was 35%, the satisfaction rate of the observation groupwas significantly bet er than the control group, the difference was statistical y significant (p<0.05). Conclusions:for the same period of not changing positionbilateral in patients with thoracoscopic pulmonary bul a resection the implementation of nursing quality, increase patient satisfaction, and help toimprove the success rate of operation, and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
