Objective To observe the clinical effect of creatine phosphate sodium poisoning with myocardial damage in patients with acute alcohol. Methods 47 cases of acute alcohol poisoning with myocardial damage were randomly divided into group 24 cases and control group 23 cases treatment, al cases were laboratory myocardial enzymes CK, CK-MB, LDH, AST, ECG, the abnormalities in varying degrees, in the treatment of primary disease, the treatment group with creatine phosphate sodium, control group 1,6- two phosphate fructose, ATP and other conventional treatment. Results Compared with the control group,the treatment group in the clinical symptoms of the patients improved and myocardial enzyme CK,CK-MB,LDH、AST、ECG improvement was bet er than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The creatine phosphate sodium has protective effects on myocardial injury in patients with acute alcohol poisoning. And the use is convenient, quick, safe, is worth the clinical promotion.
