Objective:To analyze the X-ray manifestation of spherical pneumonia. Methods:from 2005-2012 years 75 patients with clinical y proved of spherical pneumonia X-ray data were retrospectively analyzed. The results of spherical pneumonia X-ray main performance for the round density, size is about 2.5cm~7cm. 46 cases of uneven density, see irregular radiolucent shadow;homogeneous density in 29 cases;10 cases had air bronchogram;43 cases of edge of the clear part of the fuzzy, see a thick long thorn shadow;22 cases with clear edge. Conclusion:X-ray dynamic observation of spherical pneumonia, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of spherical pneumonia.
