康惠尔透明贴在预防奥沙利铂所致静脉炎中的运用

目的：探讨康惠尔透明贴在奥沙利铂化疗所致静脉炎的预防作用。方法：将100例患者随机分为实验组52例，用康惠尔透明贴固定留置针；对照组48例用3M透明敷贴固定留置针，比较两组静脉炎发生率差异。结果：实验组静脉炎的发生率为5.76%，对照组静脉炎的发生率为45.8%，组间比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=21.368，P=0.000<0.05）。结论：康惠尔透明贴能有效降低奥沙利铂化疗引起静脉炎的发生率。
objective: To investigate the effect of transparent dressing on prevention of phlebitis that caused by Oxal ipatin.Methods:There were 100 cases were randomly divided into two groups in the experiment:①experimental group(EG:52cases):Fixed remaining needle with Transparent dressing ②Control group(CON:48cases):Fixed remaining needle with 3M Transparent Application, Compareing the incidence of phlebitis similar between the two groups.Results: The phlebitis incidence was 5.76% in experimental group,while in Control group it was 45.8%, with statistical y significant difference beween two groups(χ2=21.368, P=0.000<0.05).Conclusions:transparent dressing can effectively reduce the incidence of phlebitis caused by chemotherapy with oxaliplatin.
