Objective:To explore the relationship between infectious disease and disinfection quality of children, and provide evidence for prevention and control countermeasures. Methods:Cluster random sampling method was used to investigate 9 child-care institutions in Tai'an City. Results:The prevalence of infectious disease was 29.8%, the average qualification rate of disinfection quality was 45.99%. The qualification rate of monitoring projects from high to low were:the tableware (71.88%)>the surfaces of objects ( 70.59%)>surfaces of staff hands (38.89%)>indoor air ( 5.88%) >the ultraviolet lamps ( 0.00%). Pathogenic bacteria were not checked out. Statistical analysis results show that the infectious disease prevalence had statistical y significant difference in the object surface rate, workers hand rate and total qualified rate (χ2=8.463~8.474,P<0.05).Conclusion:The disinfection quality of child-care institution was related to the occurrence of infectious diseases, so we suggest that strengthen the disinfection effect monitoring, strengthen disinfection knowledge propaganda, correctly use disinfectant, master the correct way to wash your hands, improve the quality of disinfection, and prevent the infectious diseases.
