Objective:To investigate the clinic treatments of serious contusion.Method:Sixty-eight cases With severe pulmonary contasion with ISS>20 were selected,and the early diagnosis and trtatment were discussed. Resylts:The values of pao2 and Sao2 greatly increased afiter the ventilation,and the differencn wasstaistical y significant(p<0.05). Conclusion:pao2 and Sao2 and Pao2/Fio2 r atio is important to iudge the degree of hypoxemia.The main methods for severe p ulmonary contusion are to keep airway,to treat shok progressively,and to apply vention,steroids as wel as antibiotics reasonabiy.
