236例干眼患者的诊疗体会

目的：分析不同类型干眼病患者的临床表现，病因及治疗。方法：收集2011年2月至2013年2月就诊于我科的236例（472眼）干眼症患者的临床资料并进行裂隙灯检查，角膜荧光素染色；内膜破裂时间检查和基础泪液分泌试验。结果：236例患者中水液缺乏性干眼83.89%，MGD4.24%，混合性干眼11.87%。女性多于男性，女性141例（59.75%），男性95例（40.25%）。结论：干眼患者的临床表现具有多样性，针对不同的病因，不同临床症状的治疗及心理干预治疗，联合中医药治疗取得满意疗效。
Objective:to analyze the clinical manifestation of disease in patients with different types of stem, etiology and treatment. Methods:from 2011 February to 2013 February admit ed to our hospital in 236 cases (472 eyes) of clinical data of patients with dry eye and slit lamp examination, corneal fluorescein staining;intimal rupture time check and basal tear secretion test. Results:236 patients with fluid deficiency dry eye 83.89%, MGD4.24%, 11.87%mixed dry eye. More women than men, female 141 cases (59.75%), 95 cases were male (40.25%). Conclusion:the clinical manifestation of patients with dry eye with diversity, according to different causes, different clinical symptom treatment and psychological intervention, combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine with satisfactory results.
