目的：探讨一种采用小切口治疗腋臭减小术后血肿的手术方法。方法：自2011年以来，采用小切口腋臭皮肤打孔法治疗腋臭病例，对术后效果进行随访观察。结果：患者术后恢复良好，经术后3个月至2年随访，效果满意。结论：皮肤打孔引流可有效的减少腋臭术血肿并发症。
Objective:To investigate the treatment of axil ary osmidrosis operation method for reducing hematoma after using smal incision. Methods:Since 2011, we used the smal incision skin punch method to treat osmidrosis patients and postoperative effects were fol owed up for evaluating the method. Results:After 3 months to 2 years fol ow-up, the patients recovered wel and the effect were satisfactory. Conclusion:Skin punch drainage could effectively reduce the postoperative complications after using smal incision.
