目的：分析国际I型糖尿病的研究现状和研究热点。方法：对2003年至2012年科学引文索引扩展版(Science Citation Index Expanded ，SCI-E)科数据库收录的2414篇I型糖尿病国际文献，采用文献计量方法，分析国际I型糖尿病研究的时间分布、国家分布、发文机构分布、出版来源、主题分布，重点对目前I型糖尿病的国际研究热点主题进行分析。结果及结论：2003年至2012年I型糖尿病的文献量呈均衡分布趋势。I型糖尿病文献发文排名靠前的国家分别是美国、英国、德国、意大利和日本。从发文机构看，论文产出较多的机构集中在美国，如哈佛大学、华盛顿大学、匹兹堡大学等。血糖控制、I 型糖尿病诊断、I 型糖尿病治疗、自身抗体、调节性T淋巴细胞（Regulatory T Cel ）、白介素6（IL-6）均是I型糖尿病的研究热点，提示了今后的研究方向。
Objective:To analyze international research status and research focus of type 1 diabetes mel itus. Methods:Using bibliometric analysis, the paper analyzed the international research documents in web of science database by analysis tools such as Thomson Data Analyzer (TDA). Research status on type 1 diabetes mel itus was analyzed including the distributions of years, countries, institutions and journals and currently hot topics of international research on type 1 diabetes mel itus were emphatical y analyzed. Results:The quantity of documents of type 1 diabetes mel itus research was changed lit le from 2003 to 2012. The top countries of type 1 diabetes mel itus were American, England ,Germany,Italy and Japan and the top institutions were Harvard University, University Washington, University of Pit sburgh.Conclusion:The research of type 1 diabetes mel itus has been progressing, more investment should be put into the area.
