开展品管圈活动降低老年住院患者跌倒的发生率

目的:探讨品管圈活动降低老年住院患者跌倒发生率的效果。方法:成立品管圈小组(由护理部主任、神经内科、呼吸科护士长和护士组成),确立主题,制定目标值,调查分析确定老年住院患者发生跌倒的影响因素,针对存在的5大要因制定计划并实施对策。结果:观察组开展品管圈活动后,较对照组跌倒发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:针对老年住院患者发生跌倒的原因,制定计划并落实安全措施,有效降低了跌倒发生率,保证了患者安全。
Objective: To investigate the effects of quality control circles (QCC) on the decreased fal ratio in elderly inpatient. Methods: The QCC group was composed of director of nursing department, head-nurses and nurses of Department of Neurology and Respiration, who established the theme, set the goal, then investigated and analyzed the factors affected the fal ratio in elderly inpatients. After that being directed against the existing 5 essential factors, plan was laid down and strategy was carried out. Results:The fal ratio of observation group was decreased significantly than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The proper plan and strategy aimed at the cause of fal could reduce fal ratio and ensure safety in elderly inpatients.
