摘要
目的：探讨分层次弹性排班模式在基层中医医院ICU病房的应用。方法：将护理人力进行分层，新老搭配进行排班，并根据患者数量及科室工作量进行调配，以满足基层中医医院ICU护理需要。结果：通过分层次弹性排班，能应对基层中医医院ICU病房人力资源不足的现状，满足患者的护理需要。结论：分层次弹性排班模式可应对基层中医医院ICU病房人力资源不足的现状，能有效地保障护理安全，提高护理质量。
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of hierarchical flexible scheduling model in primaryhospital ICU ward.Methods:the nursing manpower were stratified, new and old with scheduling, and alocation according to the number of patients andthe department work, to meet the basic needs of the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in ICU.Results:the hierarchical scheduling flexibility, can present ICU ward human resources to grass-roots hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with insufficient, meet the care needs.Conclusion: the status hierarchy flexible scheduling mode ward ICU human resources to grass-roots hospital of traditional Chinese medicine is insufficient, can effectively guarantee nursing safety, improve the quality of nursing care.
