Objective: to spiramycin combined with local tinidazole treatment is expounded, to observe the clinical application effect of spiramycin combined with local tinidazole in the treatment of chronic periodontitis, colect relevant data and information, for the treatment of chronic periodontitis and provide clinical reference.Methods:in 2010 April --2013 year in April in our hospital 120 cases of chronic periodontitis patients as the research object, in a random way, divided into experimental group and control group, 60 cases each group of patients. In order to ensure the curative effect, the experimental group was treated by spiramycin combined with tinidazole in the treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis, control group was used for patients with chronic periodontitis were treated with tinidazole, observes two group of patient's treatment and rehabilitation speed.Results: after the treatment and comparison of period of time, found that the experimental group in the total efficiency of 83.3%, while the control group, the total efficiency is only 66.7%, the efficacy of the test group was significantly higher than the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion: the use of spiramycin combined with tinidazole for local treatment on patients with chronic periodontitis, ideal treatment effect, in the future can be widely applied in clinical practice.
