摘要
目的：分析中江县孕产妇死亡状况、死因构成、顺位以及主要的影响因素，为进一步降低孕产妇死亡率提供依据。方法：采用回顾性研究方法对2003-2013年全县42份孕产妇死亡报告卡进行分析及统计。结果：平均死亡率为41.65/10万。死亡原因顺序：产后出血、妊娠合并心脏病、羊水栓塞、妊高征。结论：进一步完善三级保健网建设及管理，加强对卫生知识的宣传力度，完善医疗救助体系有效降低孕产妇死亡率。
Abstract
Objective: analysis of Zhongjiang County maternal deaths, the cause of death, the status and its main influencingfactors, and to provide the basis for further reducing maternal mortality.Methods:a retrospective study analysis and statistics on the report 2003-2013 the 42 maternal death cards.Results: the average mortality rate was 41.65/10 milion. The cause of death in order: postpartum hemorrhage, pregnancy complicated with heart disease, pregnancy induced hypertension, amniotic fluid embolism.Conclusion:to further improve the level three health network construction and management, to strengthen the health knowledgepropaganda, improve the medical assistance system for reducing maternal mortality rate.
