品管圈活动在降低糖尿病患者合并尿路感染发生率中的应用

摘要

目的:探讨品管圈活动在糖尿病患者合并尿路感染中的应用效果。方法:通过现状把握、原因分析、设定目标、制定对策、组织实施等程序,开展品管圈活动,比较活动前后糖尿病合并尿路感染的发生率。结果:糖尿病患者发生尿路感染率由品管圈活动实施前32%降低为实施后11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过开展品管圈活动不仅降低了糖尿病患者合并尿路感染的机率,提高了圈员的专业技术能力和管理能力,促进护理质量的持续改进。

Abstract

Objective : To study the effect of quality control circle on reducing the incidence of urinary tract infection in diabetes.Method:According to the present situation, we analyzed causes set goals, developed strategies, put it into effect, confirmed the effect to carry out the quality control circle activities. We compared the incidence of using quality control circle before and after urinary tract infection in diabetes.Results:The incidence rate of urinary tract infection in diabetes after QCC activity was 11%,was lower then 32% before the QCC activity.Conclusions:The implementation of QCC activity is not only benefit to reducing the incidence of urinary tract infection in diabetes,but also is good at circles members’professional technical level and quality management capability,promote the quality improvement of nursing.
