鼻内镜下射频治疗顽固性鼻出血89例分析
Analysis of transnasal endoscopic radiofrequency treatment of intractable epistaxis
摘要
目的：探讨鼻内镜下应用射频治疗鼻出血的效果。方法：通过对焦作市人民医院两年来收入院的鼻出血病人进行回顾性分析。结果：89例病人，通过鼻内镜下射频止血措施，有86例获得痊愈；2例因高血压转入心血管科治疗；1例行颈外动脉结扎。结论：鼻内镜下射频止血治疗顽固性鼻出血是有效措施，可以推广应用。
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of intranasal endoscopic radiofrequency treatment of epistaxis. Methods:epistaxis patients were analyzed retrospectively which were remedyed by transnasal endoscopic radiofrequency treatment. Results:The results of 89 patients by RF intranasal endoscopic hemostasis measures: 86 cases were cured; 2 cases transferred to the cardiovascular surgical treatment due to hypertension; a routine external carotid artery ligation.Conclusions:Transnasal endoscopic radio frequency hemostasis of intractable epistaxis is the effective measures can be extended.
