The influence on prognosis of combined therapy for adenocarcinoma of gastric cardia
摘要
目的：探讨贲门腺癌术中综合治疗对患者预后的影响。方法：将中晚期患者随机分为常规治疗A组（单纯行根治术）和实验治疗B组（在根治手术同时行术中全身化疗、癌床局部化疗及胸腹腔温热化疗IPHC）两组，观察其并发症的发生率、复发转移率、生存率的差别。结果：两组术后并发症发生率无明显差异（p>0.05），实验组3年生存率远高于常规治疗组（p<0.01），而复发转移率明显低于常规治疗组（p<0.01)。结论：贲门腺癌术中综合治疗对预后有重要意义，明显降低术中复发率，可提高患者生存率。
Abstract
Objective:Investigate the influence on prognosis of combined therapy for adenocarcinoma of gastric cardia.Methods:To divide the advanced stage patients randomly into two groups A and B.To practise radical correction purely in group A and practise radical correction accompanied with intraoperative chemotherapy, partial chemotherapy of tumor surrounding and IPHC of thoracic and abdominal cavity in group B. To observe the differences of incidence rate relapse and metastasis rate and survival rate between the to groups. Results:The difference of incidence rate of complication between them is not significant (p>0.05).The survival rate of group B is much higher than that of group A (p<0.01) while the relapse and metastasis rate is much lower (p<0.01).Conclusion:The combined therapy for adenocarcinoma of gastric cardia is greatly recommended in prognosis. It markedly reduces the relapse and metastasis rate and incerases the survival rate of the patients after therapy.
