Objective: the quality of nosocomial bacterial specimens were analyzed and the method of quality assurance, and provide scientific basis for the accuracy test for bacteria. Methods: from August to 2013 of2012 were colected in August to accept the treatment in variousdepartments of our hospital patients in the hospital microbiology testing standards, the number of samples of 12527 cases were colected, using statistical methods to analyze these samples review. Results:in the 12527 cases of the samples, the qualified samples were 12186 cases, accounting for 97.23% of the total, which qualified higher rate ofspecimens with abscess and wound tissue, the qualified rate were 96.58%, 97.99%; a higher rate of qualified specimens include: urine specimen, specimen of blood, stool specimens, genital secretionsspecimens the lowest passing rate, the sputum samples, only 82.8%,significantly more than the other specimen quality inspection qualifiedrate is low, P< 0.05, with statistical significance difference. In the reason for the low qualified rate: test bacteria inspection, shippingvessels, sampling, sampling position, sample processing etc. Conclusion:in the acquisition of test specimens, should be in accordance with the requirements of aseptic operation strictly enforced in theinspection and treatment process, but also pay atention to the use ofcontainers bearing specimens, specimen colection and selection of parts of the correctness, so that we can make samples to improve the quality of.
