摘要
目的：观察中西医综合康复对脑卒中患者运动功能的影响。方法：对2012年7月至2013年3月我院门诊确诊的40例脑卒中患者，按1：1比例随机分为康复组（20例）和对照组（20例）。比较两组治疗前后FMA评分指标的变化。结果：治疗后康复组患者FMA评定运动功能改善明显优于对照组。结论：中西医综合康复能明显改善脑卒中患者的运动功能，提高患者的生存质量。
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine on motor function of stroke patients. Methods:40 cases of stroke patients in 2011 July to 2012 March in our hospital diagnosed, according to the proportion of 1:1 were randomly divided into rehabilitation group (20 cases) and control group (20 cases). Changes before and after treatment in two groups of FMA score index.Results: after the treatment, the patients in rehabilitation group FMA to evaluate the improvement of motor function was beter than the control group.Conclusion: the comprehensive rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can obviously improve motor function of stroke patients, improve the quality of life of patients.
