护生自我防护存在问题及对策
Nursing student self-protection problem and countermeasure
摘要
目的：了解护生实习中自我防护存在的问题，针对不同的问题采取相应的对策，达到降低护生职业伤害的目的。方法：在查阅文献的基础上自行设计调查问卷，通过不记名方式调查了解护生自我防护的现状。结果：大多数护生缺乏自我防护知识，防护措施欠到位，发生过针刺伤等职业伤害的人数不在少数。结论护生在实习过程中的自我防护意识淡薄，自我防护教育存在不足。对策：①学校应重视护生自我防护教育；②医院护理部应加强对实习护生职业防护培训；③带教老师应具体指导护生自我防护；④护生应提高自我防护意识。
Abstract
Objective:To find the problems of nursing students in self-protection when practice working, then inquire for the measures to deal with those problems to reduces the occupation injury.Methods:Designing questioner on the base of massive literatures to inquire the condition of nursing students in self-protection. Results:Most of nursing students lock of the sense of self-protection. Due to the lockless of protective measures, most of them have been stabbed when working.Conclusion:Nursing students lock the sense of self-protection in practice. The education in this aspect needs to be strengthened. Countermeasures①the schools should regard the self-protection education of nursing student;②nurse department should hard on career protection of nursing student;③teachers should instruct nursing student of self-protection;④nursing student should raises the self-protection consciousness.
