目的：探讨阴道镜检查配合宫颈活检对各种宫颈病变的诊断价值。方法：对2012年6月至2013年6月在我院1088例行阴道镜检查结果进行分析。结果：阴道镜检查1088例，在阴道镜下可疑区或异常部位取活检送病理检查者325例，阴道镜拟诊与病理诊断相比较，宫颈炎、CIN I、CINⅡ、CINⅢ、宫颈浸润癌与病理学结果的准确率分别为65.12%、74.42%、83.33%、85.71%。结论：阴道镜检查对阴道镜拟诊与组织病理学诊断符合率较高，根据评估RCI评分越高，阴道镜与病理诊断的符合率越高，阴道镜对早期发现宫颈癌，宫颈癌前病变有非常高的诊断价值。
Objective:Explore the value of colposcopy with cervical biopsy in the diagnosis of cervical disease.Methods:1088 cases were examed by colposcopy in the gynecological clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University, from June 2012 to June 2013, the results of colposcopy was analyzed by epidemilogical method.Results: 325 cervical biopsy samples were colected ,and compared with the pathological diagnosis, the colposcopy diagnosis accordance rate of cervicitis、CINI、CINII、CINIII is 65.12%、74.42%、83.33%、85.71%.Conclusion:Diagnose accordance rate of colposcopy and pathological diagnosis were higher, which had higher authenticity. it is helpful for early detection of cervical cancer, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia ,and it has a very high diagnostic value.
