随着社会的发展以及现代女性社会地位的上升,女性开始涉猎更多的职业并承担管理职责,角色转变和心理变迁使女性通过职业走向社会。传统的社会角色观念和激烈的职场竞争,使得女性在自我定位与社会期待以及发展空间上存在冲突和嬗变。竞争环境要求她们在职场上要承受和男同事同等的压力,而传统观念及身心特质又赋予女性扮演妻子和母亲的角色。双重身份和叠加压力导致女性,特别是职业女性在压力之下出现特殊压力特征并引发相关疾病。调查分析企业女工的职业压力现状为制定女职工保健措施无疑具有现实意义和参照特征。
Along with the rise of the development of the society and the social status of modern women, women began to dabble in more occupation and assume management responsibilities, roles and psychological changes makes women by occupation to society. The concept of traditional roles in society and the fierce market competition, the existence of female conflict and change in the self localization and the social expectation and the development of space. The competitive environment for their workplace have to bear and male coleagues peer pressure, while the traditional concept and physical and mental traits and giving women playing the role of wife and mother.[1]The double identity and superimposed stress leads to women, especialy the occupation female under pressure special pressure characteristics and cause related diseases. Occupation pressure survey and analysis of the status of enterprise workers is undoubtedly has practical significance for female workers health measures and reference feature.
