生活饮用水中氨氮检测方法的改进

摘要
目的:改进生活饮用水中氨氮的检测方法。方法:样品中加入酚盐-柠檬酸盐溶液后立即加入含氯缓冲溶液,混匀后静置90min,630nm波长下比色定量。结果:经改进的方法检测生活饮用水中氨氮的加标回收率为92.1%,相对标准偏差为4.3%。结论:本改进方法操作简单快速,具有较好的准确度和灵敏度,适用于生活饮用中氨氮的检测分析。
Abstract
Objective Toimprove themethodfor ammonia nitrogenin drinking water.Methods The sample adding phenate-citrate solution is added to chlorine buffer solution immediately. The solution is quantified in 630nm wavelength after staticly mixing in 90min. ResultsTherecover yof ammonia nitrogen was92.1%.The relativestandarddeviation (RSD)was 4.3%. ConclusionTheimproved methodissimple, rapid, sensitiveand accurate .Therefore, itissuit ableforanalysis of ammonia nitrogen in drinkingwater.
