Objective:To explore the effects of patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis prevention strategies and methods. Methods:Select the ICU in 2011 October 20l3 year in September 67 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients with one set of conditions, were randomly divided into intervention group 34 cases and control group 33 cases, the intervention group received routine treatment and nursing care and given Qilong Capsule in prevention and treatment; the control group only received routine treatment and nursing, the incidence of two eighth days and 15 days in patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity.Results:The group of eighth days and L5 days, the intervention group were 0 cases and 1 cases of positive. The control group were 3 cases and 7 cases of positive. The lower limb DVT of intervention group were significantly lower than the control group (P '0.05). Conclusion:Given Qilong Capsule in the treatment of lower extremity DVT can effectively prevent severe craniocerebral injury patients after operation.
