摘要
目的：通过对腔隙性脑梗塞扩管治疗与扩管扩容联合治疗疗效的比较，为临床提供合理的治疗方法。方法：将82例腔隙性脑梗塞患者分成两组，第一组使用两种血管扩张剂，第二组使用一种扩容剂和一种血管扩张剂，治疗后24小时和两周评定临床疗效。结果：第二组神经功能缺损评分明显优于第一组，加重病例数少于第一组，临床疗效具有统计学意义，p<0.05结论：急性腔隙性脑梗塞扩管扩容联合治疗优于单用两种扩管药物。
Abstract
Objective:Through comparison of expansion pipe treatment and expansion pipe expansion joint treatment effect,provide reasonable for clinical treatment.Methods:82 patients with lacunar cerebral infarction were divided into two groups, the first group to use two kinds of vasodilator, the second group used a kind of expansion agent and a vasodilator, 24 hours after treatment and two weeks to evaluate the efficacyResults:The first group of neurological deficit scores were significantly beter than the first group,The first group is less than the number of cases increased,Clinical efficacy was statisticaly significant, p <0.05,Conclusion:Flaring acute lacunar infarction expansion of combination therapy is superior to single drugs in two flaring.
