摘要
对19例脑卒中合并小量上消化道出血，胃内容物肉眼可见咖啡色，潜血实验阳性，无呕血，未给与患者禁食，给予婴儿配方奶粉。结果11例小量上消化道出血均无加重，并且好转。提示婴儿配方奶粉应用于脑卒中合并小量上消化道出血有效地达到营养需要，提高治愈率。
Abstract
in 19 patients with cerebral stroke with a smal amount of hemorrhage of upper digestive tract, stomach contents are visible to the naked eye Coffee color, occult blood test positive, no hematemesis, not giving the patients fasting, give the infant formula milk powder. Results of 11 cases of smal amount of hemorrhage of upper digestive tract were not worse, and beter. Hint of infant formula milk powder used in stroke patients with a smal amount of hemorrhage of upper digestive tract effectively achieve nutritional needs, improve the cure rate.
