摘要
目的：探讨艾滋病合并结核病的临床特点及有效护理措施。方法：对我院2006年12月～2011年12月收治艾滋病并结核病患者18例的进行临床分析以及提供不同的心理、饮食、用药、健康指导等基础护理措施。结果：治疗1个月复查胸片、肝功能、血常规、痰涂片，其中13例坚持抗结核治疗，4周内症状改善和X 线胸片病灶吸收好转，1例死亡，4例失访。结论：有效的治疗和护理措施,对提高其生活质量,延长生命具有重大意义。
Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical characteristics of HIV/AIDS merged tuberculosis and effective nursing measures. MethodIn our hospital December 2006 to December 2011 HIV/AIDS patients and patients with tuberculosis and cases of clinical analysis on and provide different psychological, food, medicine, health guidance and other basic nursing measures.ResultFor 1 month to review the sternum, liver function, blood routine, sputum smear, including 13 cases insist antitubercular treatment, 4 weeks symptoms improved and X-ray chest lesions absorption beter, 1 case death, 4 cases were lost to folow-up. ConclusionEffective treatment and nursing measures, to improve the quality of life and prolong life is of great significance.
