通痹颗粒联合甲氨喋呤治疗老年RA的临床观察

摘要
目的：观察通痹颗粒联合甲氨喋呤治疗老年类风湿性关节炎（RA）的临床疗效。方法：将60例老年RA患者随机分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（30例），治疗组予通痹颗粒和甲氨喋呤，对照组予甲氨喋呤，比较两组治疗后1、2个月的临床疗效、理化指标。结果：治疗组在改善患者病情及降低CRP、RF、ESR优于对照组。结论：通痹颗粒联合甲氨喋呤能有效改善患者病情，降低CRP、RF、ESR水平，是老年RA的良好中西医结合治疗方案。
Abstract
To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tong-Bi-Granules(TBG) combined methotrexate(MTX) treatment of elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is. Methods: 60 elderly patients with RA were randomized into the treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) , the treatment group to TBG and MTX, the control group was given MTX. Clinical efficacy, physical and chemical indicators were observed after treatment in both groups1、2 months.Results: The treatment group in improving the patient's condition and reduce CRP, RF, ESR than the control group.Conclusion: TBG combined MTX can effectively improve the patient's condition, reduce CRP, RF, ESR level, is a good old RA Integrative Medicine program.
