摘要
目的：探讨健康教育在门诊患者结肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法：对467例门诊结肠镜患者采取检查前、中、后进行口头讲解和书面材料指导及电话指导等方式进行健康教育。结果：经过检查前的心理疏导、饮食准备、肠道准备及检查中的配合等，本组患者常规检查进镜至回盲部460例，成功率为98.5％。结论：对门诊结肠镜检查者进行针对性的健康教育，减轻患者心理负担，减少痛苦，提高耐受性，使成功率、确诊率显著提高.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of applying health education process for outpatients accepting electronic colonoscopy.Methods A total of 467 outpatients accepting electronic colonoscopy were accepted systematic health education at appointment such as oral presentations,writen material or telephone guidance before during and after electronic colonoscopy respectively.Results Psychological guidance, diet,bowel preparation and inspection were applied in one group of patients before electronic colonoscopy. The success rate (reach to the ileocecal junction)is 98.5%. Conclusion Application of health education process before colonoscopy could reduce the psychological burden, reduce pain, improve the tolerance, the success rate, significantly improve the rate of diagnosis.
