摘要
不典型心肌梗塞易被误诊误治。本文参考了大量中外文献，对急性心肌梗塞不典型临床表现及心电图表现作了概括阐述，并对急性心肌梗塞诊断有重要价值的心肌标志物检测作了提示性分析，以期达到提高不典型心肌梗塞及正确认识和判断，使患者得到及时诊断和及早救治的目的。
Abstract

This reference to the large number of Chinese and foreign literature on acute myocardial infarction, atypical clinical manifestations and ECG were outlined, myocardial markers and has important value for the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction are suggested for analysis, in order to improve the atypical myocardial infarction and correct understanding and judgment, so that patients receive timely diagnosis and the purpose of early treatment.
