摘要

目的:了解资阳市部分食品中食源微生物及其致病因子情况,为食品安全风险监测工作提供科学数据。方法:按照《2013年国家食品污染物和有害因素风险工作手册》及有关国家标准,于2013年2月-12月在全市4个县(市、区)范围内,对市售部分食品进行食源微生物监测。结果:监测样品覆盖11大类160件食品,其中完全合格3类,不合格8类42件,不合格样品占26.2%。检出金黄色葡萄球菌8株、阪崎杆菌1株,食源性病原菌检出率5.6%。结论:资阳市市售食品受到不同程度食源微生物污染,食源性疾病发生的潜在风险时刻存在。

Abstract

Objective:To understand the microbial and pathogenic factor in food in Ziyang, and provide scientific data for the monitoring of food safety risks.Methods: According to the "2013 national food polutants and harmful factors, risk Handbook" and the relevant national standards, in 2013 February -12 months in the city's 4 counties (city, district) within the scope of a commercialy available, some food is microbial monitoring.Results:The monitor cover 11 categories of 160 pieces of food, the fuly qualified Class 3, 8 class 42 pieces of unqualified, unqualified samples accounted for 26.2%. Detection of 8 strains of Staphylococcus aureus, 1 strains of Enterobacter sakazaki, food borne pathogen detection rate of 5.6%.Conclusion:Foods sold in Ziyang city are subject to different degrees of microbial contamination, the potential risks always exist in foodborne disease.
