摘要
应用信息化手段促进抗菌药物的合理应用是一种重要有效的手段，也是医院信息化发展应用的重要体现。本文介绍了某二级综合医院抗菌药物管理系统的使用情况，分析了系统使用前后针对抗菌药物合理使用的临床管控情况。该系统的应用实现了抗菌药物管理的网络化、信息化、智能化，为管理部门的有效监管与决策提供强有力的保障，有效减缓抗菌药物的滥用，提高了医院抗菌药物的合理使用水平。
Abstract
It’s a very important and effective method that reasonable application of antibiotics to be promoted by information technology, it’s also a very important reflection of hospital information system development. This article introduced an application situation of antibacterial medicines management system in one of grade two integrated hospital, analyzed comparison between before and after use system for antibacterial medicines management. The information system application achieved a networked informational and inteligent antibacterial medicines management, it provide a strong safeguard for management office effective audit and decision making, reduced effectively for abuse of antibiotics and improved the level of reasonable use of antimicrobial medicines in hospital.
