摘要
目的：探讨会阴左侧切开术与会阴正中切开术的临床使用效果。方法：观察我院自然分娩的初产妇200例，其中会阴左侧切100例为对照组，会阴正中切100例为观察组，观察产妇术中出血量、切口延伸、缝合时间、术后疼痛难忍程度、切口水肿、产妇的自我感觉及住院时间等情况。结果：会阴正中切开组术中出血量、切口延伸、缝合时间、术后疼痛难忍程度、切口水肿、住院时间明显小于会阴左侧切开组；自我感觉良好者正中切开组明显多于左侧切开组。结论：会阴正中切开术操作简便、出血量少、组织损伤少、术后疼痛轻等优点，适合临床应用，为广大孕产妇减轻了痛苦，是提高产科质量的好方法。
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of perineal left episiotomy and median episiotomy.Methods: A total of 200 cases of primipara with natural births were included. 100 cases with perineal left episiotomy were treated as the control group, and the other 100 cases with median episiotomy were included in the observational group. Amount of blood loss during the operation, incision extending, suturing time, the degree of postoperative pain, edema of incision, self feeling of the cases and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results:Amount of blood loss during the operation, incision extending, suturing time, the degree of postoperative pain, edema of incision and hospitalization time were significantly higher in the perineal left episiotomy group relative to the median episiotomy group, and the cases feel much beter in the median episiotomy group than the perineal left episiotomy group.Conclusion:Perineal median episiotomy is prior to the left episiotomy because of easy performance, less amount of blood loss and less degree of postoperative pain. Therefore, perineal median episiotomy is a good way to aleviate the pain of the pregnant and improve the quality of obstetrical department.
