摘要
目的：探究腹腔镜治疗因输卵管远端阻塞而不孕女性的临床疗效。方法：分析2013年1月～2014年1月接受腹腔镜治疗的输卵管远端阻塞性不孕症患者68例，对子宫输卵管碘油造影（HSG）和腹腔镜诊断其输卵管阻塞的确切性进行比较，并术后随访12个月。结果：腹腔镜诊断输卵管阻塞的诊断符合率较高，腹腔镜治疗输卵管阻塞创伤小，并发症少，疗效好。结论：意手法正确，不孕患者可达到治愈率，疗效好，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
Objective:to explore the laparoscopic treatment for distal tubal obstruction infertility women and the clinical efficacy.Analysis of 2013 January ~ 2014 January methodunderwent laparoscopic treatment of distal tubal obstruction in 68 cases of infertility patients, thehysterosalpingography (HSG) and laparoscopic diagnosis of tubal its exact obstruction were compared, and the folow-up of 12 months. Results laparoscopic diagnosis of tubal obstruction diagnosis coincidence rate is higher, the laparoscopic treatment of tubal obstruction of smal trauma,less complications, curative effect is good. Conclusion ithe right way, infertility patients can achieve cure rate,good curative effect, worthy of clinical application.
