摘要
目的：探讨分析人工流产的并发症及防治措施。方法：对2010年1月至2013年12月，我院人工流产手术后出现并发症的12例患者，进行回顾性分析。结果：12例并发症中，术中出血4例，占33.33%；人流综合症3例，占25.0%；子宫穿孔2例，占16.67%；吸宫不全2例，占16.67%；漏吸或空吸1例，占8.33%。结论：人工流产术的并发症较多，应引起医患双方的高度重视，尽量减少和避免人工流产并发症的发生。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the complications and preventive measures analysis of abortion. Methods: from January 2010 to December 2013, 12 patients in our hospital complications after abortion, were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 12 cases of complications, bleeding in 4 cases, accounting for 33.33%; abortion syndrome three cases, accounting for 25.0%; uterine perforation in 2 cases, accounting for 16.67%; incomplete evacuation two cases, accounting for 16.67%; drain suction or suction one case, accounting for 8.33%. Conclusion: abortion complications are more, which should be atached great importance to both doctors and patients to minimize and avoid the occurrence of abortion complications.
