摘要
目的：了解高血压患者对健康教育接受能力的情况，以便针对性的解决存在的影响因素，从而充分发挥健康教育的作用，做好高血压患者的健康保健工作。方法：采用自行设计的问卷调查表与面谈相结合的方法。结果：高血压患者对高血压疾病知识的了解不够深入而且对于应该注意的饮食、运动、服药等方面也不是很清楚。护士的健康教育、患者的自控能力都是影响他们接受或遵循正确健康教育指导的重要因素。自我保健意识、家人的督促、饮食习惯、长久的生活方式都影响健康教育的落实效果。结论：落实健康教有加强健康教育的力度提高患者的自控力，充分发挥健康教育对高血压患者的作用。

Purpose understanding high blood pressure the sufferer accepts the circumstanceof ability to the healthy education, in order to aim at to solve the existent influence f actor sex, thus ful exertive healthy educational function, work wel the high blood pressure sufferer's healthy health care work.Method the questionnaire watch and interviews that the method adoption by oneself design combine together.Result high blood pressure sufferer's understanding to the high blood pressure disease knowledge is not enough to go deep into and for the food that should notice, exercise, take medicine etc. the aspect also.is not very clear.
