To study the Iron Sucrose Injection therapy in hemodialysis patients with renal anemia clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:the data of 68 patients from 2013 January to 2014 January in our hospital after hemodialysis renal anemia were randomly selected, and divided into two groups, control group were given iron dextran treatment, study group was used Iron Sucrose Injection treatment, and the efficacy of the two groups of treatment and safety were retrospectively. Analysis.Results: after the treatment, study group patients. Serum iron, serum ferritin, transferrin saturation and total iron binding capacity were beter than the control group, serum iron, serum ferritin, transferrin saturation and total iron binding capacity, compared the differences were statisticaly significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion: the clinical effects of Iron Sucrose Injection therapy in hemodialysis patients with renal anemia patients more accurately, and worth of clinical application.
