To study the safety and application value of lobectomy lymph node dissection operation under total thoracoscopic.Methods: The patients with lung cancer who used complete video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy lymph node resection in March 2010 to March 2011 in our hospital were as the study group (90 cases), the patients who used open lobectomy combined with lymphadenectomy were as the control group (90 cases), two groups of patients were folowed up 3 years after surgery, operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative complications, postoperative drainage, postoperative hospital stay, the 3 year survival rate of two groups of patients were compared.Results:The two groups got successful operation, the operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative drainage, postoperative hospital stay of the study group were significantly beter than the control group, with statisticaly significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05); The incidence of postoperative complications of the study group was significantly lower than the control group, with significant difference the two group (P<0.05), 3 years survival rate of the two groups showed no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion: Video assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy lymph node dissection is safe and reliable, which has a good clinical effect, fewer complications that patients can recover quickly.
