To investigate the therapeutic effect of Breviscapine Injection in treatment of cerebral infarction. Method: I to my hospital three years of first occurrence of cerebral infarction patients with Breviscapine injection treatment, at the same time, application of Compound Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae Injection as control, 14d for a course of treatment, observation of the therapeutic effect between the two groups after the two course of treatment.Results: the curative effects of two groups were compared: the efficiency of the treatment group was 81.3%, the total efficiency of 95%; control group was 62.5%, the total efficiency of 80%. Compared the two, there was significant difference (P < 0.05). Comparison of the onset time of the two groups, the treatment group within a week of onset in 39 cases, while the control group only 19 cases, statisticaly P < 0.05, there was significant difference between.Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of Breviscapine Injection on cerebral infarction was higher than that of Compound Danshen injection, and has the advantages of quick effect, obvious curative effect, safety, litle side effect, is worthy of clinical use.
