中西医结合治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜疗效观察

目的：观察理血升板汤联合强的松治疗特发性白小板减少性紫癜的临床疗效。方法：治疗组60例用理血升板汤联合强的松治疗，对照组20例用强的松治疗，服药6个月。结果：总有效率治疗组为85%，对照组为70%。两组比较有显著性差异（P<0.05），结论：理血升板汤联合强的松治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜疗效满意。
Abstract
To investigate the treatment of blood or plate decoction combined with prednisone on idiopathic white platelets reduced clinical efficacy of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.Methods:60 cases of the treatment group with blood or plate decoction combined with prednisone in the treatment, 20 cases in the control group were treated with prednisone, 6 months of medication.Results:the total effective rate of treatment group was 85%, control group 70%. There were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05), the blood of lift slab decoction combined with prednisone in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura curative effect is satisfactory.
