摘要
目的：观察桂枝茯苓胶囊合他莫昔芬片治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法：对诊断明确的乳腺增生病患者60例，给予桂枝茯苓胶囊合他莫昔芬片口服，连用25天为1疗程，共治疗2个疗程，观察治疗前后症状，体征及病程变化，并评价疗效。结果：临床痊愈31例（51.7%）；显效19例（31.7%）；有效7例（11.6%）；无效3例（5%）；总有效率95%。结论：桂枝茯苓胶囊合他莫昔芬片治疗乳腺增生病临床疗效显著。
Abstract
To observe the clinical curative effect of Guizhi FulingCapsule and tamoxifen tablets in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods:60 patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland diseasediagnosed cases, given Guizhi Fuling Capsule and tamoxifen tablets oraly,for 25 days to 1 course of treatment, a total of 2 courses of treatment,observation of symptoms before and after treatment, signs of change and the course of disease, and clinical evaluation. Results: the clinical cure in 31 cases (51.7%); 19 cases (31.7%); 7 cases were effective (11.6%); 3 cases were invalid (5%); the total efficiency of 95%.Conclusion:Guizhi FulingCapsule and tamoxifen tablets in the treatment of breast hyperplasia diseaseclinical curative effect.
