Clinical efficacy of percutaneous nephrolithotomy for 50 patients with complex renal calculi
To explore the clinical efficacy of the treatment of complex renal calculi.Methods:100 patients with complex renal calculus were analyzed retrospectively.According to the admission time,al patients were divided into study group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The control group underwent open nephrolithotomy of renal sinus in renal pelvis or renal parenchyma, while the study group underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy. The operation situation was observed and compared between two groups. Results:The average operation time, intra operative bloodloss, the average stay and stone-free rate in the study group were obviously superior to the control group, and there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous nephrolithotomy for the treatment of complex renal calculi has good effect, smal trauma, less intra operative bloodloss, rapid postoperative recovery faster, fewer complications and high stone-free rate.
